cups sliced peeled peaches (4 to 6 medium)

cup sugar

teaspoon grated lime peel

tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

In food processor bowl with metal blade, combine all ingredients; process until smooth (To use blender, blend in 2 batches.)

Place in ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions for 15 to 30 minutes.
