medium tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/2 cups)

medium yellow pear tomatoes, finely chopped (1/2 cup)

tablespoon red wine vinegar

teaspoon chopped fresh oregano leaves or 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

cup Dijon mustard

teaspoons chopped fresh oregano leaves

fully cooked mild Italian sausages (1 lb)

bratwurst buns, split

Preparation

In medium bowl, mix tomatoes, vinegar and 1 teaspoon oregano until well blended. In small bowl, mix mustard and 2 teaspoons oregano.

In skillet, heat sausages as directed on package for pan heating.

Spread mustard mixture on cut sides of buns. Serve sausages on buns with tomato mixture.
