pound lean ground beef

clove garlic, finely chopped

package (9 ounces) frozen cut green beans

cups hot water

package Hamburger Helper™ zesty Italian

cup reduced-fat small curd creamed cottage cheese

1

cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

to 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Cook beef and garlic in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.

Rinse beans with cold water to separate. Stir hot water, uncooked Pasta, Sauce Mix and beans into beef mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are tender. Remove from heat and uncover; stir in cottage cheese. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top; cover and let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
