Ingredients

cup pearl tapioca

Water and sugar called for on tapioca package

container (6 oz) Yoplait® yogurt (Original or Light)

1/2

cup fruit juice

1

cup crushed ice

1/2

cup brewed green tea, cooled to room temperature

Preparation

Cook tapioca pearls as directed on package.

In blender, place Tea Mixture ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed until smooth.

Using slotted spoon, place tapioca pearls in tall glass. Top with tea mixture. Serve with extra-wide straw so tapioca pearls can be sipped through.
