Ingredients

1/4 small pineapple, diced medium (1 1/2 cups) 

2 yellow beefsteak tomatoes, diced medium 

1/2 habanero chile, seeded and finely chopped 

2 tablespoons lime juice 

Salt 

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves 

Preparation

Stir together pineapple, tomatoes, and chile. Season to taste with lime juice and salt, then top with basil. To store, refrigerate in an airtight container up to 2 days.
