Ingredients

3 pink grapefruits, peel and pith removed, cut into segments

1 pomegranate, seeded

2 Asian pears, quartered, cored, cut into thin wedges

1 1/2 tablespoons raw honey

6 to 8 fresh mint leaves

Flaky sea salt

Preparation

In a medium bowl, toss grapefruit, pomegranate seeds, pears, and honey.

Top with mint and salt.
