Ingredients

1/2 cup milk

2 scoops vanilla ice cream

1 Vernor’s ginger ale

1/4 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons finely chopped candied ginger

Preparation

Fill each of two tall glasses with 1/4 cup milk, one scoop ice cream, and half the ginger ale. Dollop each with 2 tablespoons whipped cream and sprinkle with ginger. Serve immediately with a straw and long spoon.
