pint (2 cups) strawberries, sliced

cup raspberries

cup blueberries

1/3

cup sugar

1/4

cup raspberry- or orange-flavored liqueur or orange juice

sponge shortcake cups

1 1/2

cups lemon sorbet or sherbet

Preparation

Toss berries, sugar and liqueur. Let stand 1 hour.

Top each shortcake cup with sorbet and berries.
