large tomatoes, cut into 12 slices

thin slices cucumber

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled feta cheese

tablespoons sliced pitted kalamata or ripe olives
1/4
cup purchased Greek vinaigrette salad dressing

tablespoons chopped fresh oregano or parsley
Preparation
Arrange tomato slices on serving platter, sides touching or slightly overlapping. Top each slice with cucumber slice.
Sprinkle cheese and olives over tomatoes and cucumber. Drizzle with salad dressing. Sprinkle with oregano.
