tablespoons pesto sauce

flatbreads or pitas, each about 7 inches across

tomato, thinly sliced

tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves

1/4

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F.

Spread pesto on bread. Add a layer of tomato and a layer of basil. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake for 7 minutes, or until cheese is golden and melted.
