Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk 

1/4 cup coarsely grated shallot (1 shallot) 

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 

2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 

1/2 teaspoon chili paste 

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, unsweetened coconut milk, grated shallot, fresh cilantro and chili paste. Serve with meat of your choice.
