box (4-serving size) white chocolate instant pudding and pie filling mix

3/4

cup fat-free (skim) milk

teaspoon grated orange peel

1 1/2

cups frozen (thawed) fat-free whipped topping

graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

1 1/2

cups quartered fresh strawberries

Preparation

In medium bowl, beat pudding mix, milk and orange peel with wire whisk or electric mixer 1 minute. With rubber spatula, fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust.

Arrange strawberries on filling. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set before serving.
