pint strawberries, cut in half (2 cups)

kiwifruit, cut into bite-size pieces (2 cups)

cup broken pecans

cup julienne strips Gouda or Edam cheese (4 oz)

cup lime juice

1/4

cup honey

tablespoons vegetable oil

teaspoon grated gingerroot or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Preparation

In large bowl, mix spinach, strawberries, kiwifruit, pecans and cheese.

In tightly covered container, shake all remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over salad; toss to mix.
