                        cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix

cup milk

package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1

cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

slices ( 3/4 ounce each) Swiss cheese

16

slices ripe or pimiento-stuffed green olives

Preparation

Heat oven to 450°. Stir baking mix and milk until soft dough forms. Turn dough onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.

Roll dough 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 1/2-inch round cutter. Cut each circle in half. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Spread 1 teaspoon cream cheese on rounded edge of each biscuit. Roll in Cheddar cheese.

Cut 1-inch circles from Swiss cheese slices; place circle on center of each biscuit. Top with olive slice.
