cups chopped cooked green beans

cup finely chopped peeled cucumber

cup finely chopped red onion

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

tablespoons red wine vinegar or cider vinegar

teaspoons chopped fresh green chilies or 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

teaspoon honey

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
