Ingredients

cups chopped cooked lean beef or corned beef

small potatoes, cooked and chopped (2 cups)

medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon salt

teaspoon pepper

to 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Preparation

In large bowl, mix beef, potatoes, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.

In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Spread beef mixture evenly in skillet. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until brown.
