Ingredients

pounds broccoli, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces (about 4 cups)

tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

teaspoons soy sauce

1

teaspoon sesame seed, toasted

1/2

teaspoon sesame oil

Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, heat 1 inch water to boiling. Add broccoli. Heat to boiling. Boil uncovered 4 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain well. Return broccoli to saucepan.

Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour butter mixture over hot broccoli; toss to coat.
