Ingredients

cans (5 to 7 oz each) salmon or tuna, drained, flaked

medium onion, finely chopped (1/2 cup)

tablespoons lemon juice

teaspoon chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/2

teaspoon ground mustard

slices bread, torn into crumbs (1 1/3 cups)

eggs, beaten

tablespoon vegetable oil

1

cup Old El Paso™ salsa (any variety)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except oil and salsa. Shape mixture into 8 patties.

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in oil about 8 minutes, turning once, until golden brown.
