mangoes or papayas, peeled, pitted and sliced

honeydew melon, peeled, seeded and thinly sliced

cups watermelon balls

cup seedless red grape halves

Watercress, if desired

Preparation

In tightly covered container, shake all dressing ingredients until well blended.

Arrange fruits on 6 plates. Drizzle with dressing. Garnish with watercress.
