Ingredients

cups peeled fresh peach slices (2 large)

cup fresh raspberries

1/4

cup fresh orange juice

tablespoons orange liqueur or brandy

1

bottle (750 ml) rosè wine, chilled

2

to 4 tablespoons simple syrup*

Orange or lemon slices, if desired

Chilled sparkling water, if desired

Preparation

In large pitcher, mix peach slices and raspberries. Stir in orange juice, liqueur, wine and simple syrup. Cover; refrigerate 2 to 4 hours to allow flavors to blend.

Pour into 6 glasses.

Garnish with slices and a splash of sparkling water.
