pound fully cooked smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces

cups hot water

2/3

cup milk

cups frozen loose-pack vegetables (any combination)

tablespoon yellow mustard

Preparation

Stir together all ingredients together except Topping in 10-inch skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

Cover and simmer 16 to 18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender..

Sprinkle with Topping immediately before serving.
