tablespoon white wine vinegar

Freshly ground pepper

radishes, sliced

Preparation

Remove tough stems from watercress; break leaves into bite-size pieces. Arrange watercress on plates.

Mix oil, vinegar, salt and pepper; pour over radishes and toss. Spoon radish mixture onto watercress.
