large or 2 small bunches romaine, torn into bite-size pieces (10 cups)

cups Caesar or garlic-flavored croutons

cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Freshly ground pepper

2/3

cup Caesar dressing

Preparation

Place chicken, romaine, croutons, cheese and pepper in large bowl.

Toss with dressing until coated.
