Pizza Dough

Vegetable oil

cup pizza sauce

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

cup cooked mild Italian sausage

tablespoons finely chopped onion or 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4

to 1/ teaspoon garlic powder

1/2

package (3-ounce size) sliced pepperoni

1/4

to 1/ cup pizza sauce

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 ounces)

Preparation

Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Make Pizza Dough. Divide dough into eighths. Roll each into 6-inch circle on lightly floured surface. Fold loosely in half; place on cookie sheet and unfold.

Lightly brush oil over dough. Divide and layer remaining ingredients, in order listed, on half of each circle; fold dough over filling. Turn edge of lower dough over edge of top dough; pinch edge to seal. Prick top with fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
