package (9 oz) refrigerated three cheese-filled tortellini

medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

6

oz sliced pepperoni (from 8-oz package), chopped (about 1 3/4 cups)

1

jar (25.5 oz) Muir Glen™ tomato pasta sauce (any flavor)

1

cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)

Fresh basil leaves, if desired

Preparation

In 5-quart Dutch oven, cook tortellini as directed on package, adding bell pepper during entire cooking time. Drain and return to Dutch oven.

Stir pepperoni and pasta sauce into tortellini mixture; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Top individual servings with cheese. Garnish with basil.
