Ingredients

cups 1/2-inch pieces pineapple (1/2 medium)

tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

tablespoons lime juice

small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

small red onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

small red chili, seeded and finely chopped (1/2 teaspoon)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.

Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
