                        cups Original Bisquick™ mix

tablespoons sugar

2

tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa

1

cup milk

2

eggs

1

tablespoon red food color

Whipped cream

Fresh blueberries

Preparation

In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs until well combined. Stir in food color until blended.

Spray griddle with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook until edges begin to bubble. Turn; cook until pancakes are set.

Serve pancakes topped with whipped cream and fresh blueberries.
