pint (2 cups) deli coleslaw (creamy style)

tablespoon prepared horseradish

to 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel

pound sliced turkey pastrami

2

small red bell peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips

bag (15 ounces) pita bread folds

Preparation

Mix coleslaw, horseradish and lemon peel.

Arrange pastrami, coleslaw and bell pepper strips on half of each pita bread; fold over.
