cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks

ripe banana, frozen and cut into chunks

tablespoons vanilla-protein powder or 1/4 cup orange yogurt

ice cubes

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth.

Pour mixture into glasses.
