Ingredients
2 teaspoons grated orange zest
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
4 oranges
1 small sliced pineapple
1 sliced, seeded papaya
Wedges of lime
Preparation
Stir together orange zest, sugar, and salt. Remove peel and pith from oranges and cut into rounds. Arrange on a platter with pineapple and papaya. Sprinkle with zest mixture. Serve with lime wedges.
