Ingredients

cups coconut water, refrigerated

handfuls baby spinach leaves (3 cups)

celery stalks, chopped (1 cup)

Granny Smith apple, cored, seeded and chopped

medium banana (frozen)

1/2

lemon, peeled and seeded

1/2

cup fresh parsley leaves

1

avocado, pitted and peeled

1-inch piece gingerroot, peeled and chopped

Preparation

Place all ingredients in blender.

Cover; blend on medium-high speed until very smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until serving time.

Pour into 3 glasses to serve.
