Ingredients

2 medium nectarines (10 ounces total), pitted and quartered, or 8 ounces frozen peaches

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon honey

1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup ice (if using fresh nectarines)

Preparation

In a blender, combine nectarines or peaches, almond milk, honey, yogurt, and ice. Blend until smooth.
