tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon parsley flakes

tablespoon white wine vinegar

teaspoon grated lime or lemon peel

teaspoon red pepper sauce

medium red or green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

medium green onions, thinly sliced (1/4 cup)

cans (15 ounces each) black beans, rinsed and drained
Preparation
Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot.
