hot dog buns, split, toasted

cup kimchi, coarsely chopped

cup Korean hot pepper paste

medium green onions, sliced diagonally (1/4 cup), if desired

Preparation

Heat gas or charcoal grill.

Place hot dogs on grill over medium heat. Cook uncovered 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently, until hot.

Serve hot dogs on buns. Top with remaining ingredients.
