Ingredients

2 tablespoons minced capers
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves
Salt and pepper
5 ounces torn Boston lettuce (5 cups)
1 thinly sliced English cucumber
Preparation
