cup reduced-fat sour cream

tablespoons chopped fresh or 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives

tablespoon grated lemon peel

teaspoon margarine, softened

teaspoon white pepper

Preparation

Cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package—except omit salt. Mix remaining ingredients; toss with fettuccine.
