Ingredients

1/3 cup fresh orange juice 

1/4 cup cider vinegar 

2 tablespoons sugar 

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 

1 teaspoon salt 

Freshly ground pepper 

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together orange juice, vinegar, sugar, mustard, and vegetable oil. Add salt and pepper to taste, and serve tossed with sui choy slaw.
