Ingredients

1/2 cup canola oil 

1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar 

3 tablespoons soy sauce 

3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger 

2 tablespoons sugar 

Preparation

In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, canola oil, soy sauce, ginger and sugar. Serve with meat of your choice.
