cup honey Dijon dressing

package (8 oz) diced cooked ham (about 1 1/2 cups)

oz Swiss cheese, cut into 1/4-inch cubes (about 1cup)

cup canned garbanzo beans, drained

small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced (about 1 cup)

cup halved grape tomatoes

1/4

cup roasted salted sunflower nuts

medium green onions, chopped (1/4 cup)

Preparation

Place greens on large platter; drizzle with dressing. Arrange ham, cheese, beans, cucumber and tomatoes in stripe pattern over greens. Sprinkle with sunflower nuts and onions.
