cups green olives in brine, drained and rinsed

tablespoon capers, rinsed

cloves garlic, finely chopped

cup pine nuts, toasted

tablespoons fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley

teaspoons fresh lemon juice

cup olive oil

Food Should Taste Good™ roasted red pepper brown rice crackers, as desired

Preparation

In food processor, place all ingredients except crackers. Pulse just until roughly chopped.

Serve with crackers.
