cups cooked orzo or rosamarina pasta

cup shredded cooked chicken

medium cucumbers, chopped (1 1/2 cups)

medium red or green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

cup balsamic vinaigrette

1/2

cup pitted Kalamata or Greek olives

1/4

cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Place pasta, chicken, cucumbers and bell pepper in large bowl.

Pour vinaigrette over salad; toss until coated. Top with olives and cheese.
