small red bell pepper, chopped (1/2 cup)

tablespoon olive or vegetable oil

cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

lb bone-in chicken pieces, skin removed

Preparation

Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix rice, contents of seasoning packet, onion, bell pepper, oil, garlic and broth. Arrange chicken on top.

Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours.
