cups bite-size pieces romaine or red leaf lettuce

medium cucumber, peeled, chopped (2/3 cup)

medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)

cup chopped red onion

cup raisins

tablespoons sunflower nuts

cup crumbled blue cheese (2 oz)

Preparation

In large bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well blended.

Add romaine, cucumber, tomato and onion; toss to mix. Sprinkle with raisins, sunflower nuts and cheese. Serve with dressing.
