cup Yoplait® Original fat-free plain yogurt or fat-free sour cream

1/4

cup fat-free mayonnaise

teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves or 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed

1/2

teaspoon grated lemon peel

teaspoons lemon juice

1

lb cooked skinless turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

medium celery stalks, chopped

1

apple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

1/3

cup dried apricots, sliced

3

tablespoons coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted

Preparation

In large bowl, stir together yogurt, mayonnaise, thyme, lemon peel and lemon juice. Add turkey, celery, apple and apricots. Toss gently to coat.

Sprinkle with walnuts.
