tablespoons orange marmalade

tablespoon soy sauce

teaspoon ground ginger

cups cold cooked white rice

cup seedless red grapes

medium oranges, peeled and chopped

small kiwifruit, peeled and sliced

Lettuce leaves

cup slivered almonds, toasted

Preparation

Mix marmalade, soy sauce and ginger in large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients except lettuce and almonds; toss. Serve on lettuce; sprinkle with almonds.
