cups chopped fresh or frozen (thawed) peaches

cup finely chopped red bell pepper

to 4 tablespoons grapefruit juice

teaspoons chopped fresh cilantro

medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
Dash of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in glass or plastic bowl.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
