Ingredients

2 ounces white rum 

1 1/2 ounces orange juice 

1 1/2 ounces lemon juice 

1 ounce brandy 

1 ounce simple syrup

1/2 ounce gin 

1/2 ounce amaretto 

Ice 

1/2 ounce dry sherry 

Orange and lemon slices (for garnish) 

Preparation

In a cocktail shaker, combine rum, orange juice, lemon juice, brandy, simple syrup, gin and amaretto. Shake and strain over ice. Float sherry on top and garnish with orange and lemon slices.
