pound extra-lean ground beef

cup water

jar (16 ounces) Old El Paso™ Thick ’n Chunky salsa

cups uncooked wagon wheel pasta (4 ounces)

1/2

teaspoon salt

1/2

cup fat-free sour cream

Preparation

Cook beef in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

Stir in water, salsa, pasta and salt. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender. Stir in sour cream; cook just until hot.
