bags (10 oz each) mixed salad greens

can (6 oz) pitted ripe olives, drained

1/4

cup Italian vinaigrette dressing

jar (6 to 7 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, undrained

1/4

cup crumbled feta cheese

1

small zucchini, thinly sliced

Preparation

In large bowl, toss greens and olives. Add dressing and artichoke hearts with marinade; toss to mix.

Sprinkle cheese over salad. Top with zucchini.
