Ingredients

package (16 ounces) Italian bread shell or ready-to-serve pizza crust (12 to 14 inches in diameter)

cup pizza sauce

teaspoon olive or vegetable oil

clove garlic, finely chopped

1

small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)

cups broccoli slaw

2/3

cup shredded mozzarella cheese

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 450°.

Place bread shell on ungreased cookie sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread shell.

Heat oil in 8-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion in oil, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender. Stir in broccoli slaw. Cook 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding up to 2 tablespoons water if necessary to prevent sticking, until broccoli is crisp-tender.

Spoon vegetable mixture evenly over pizza sauce. Sprinkle with cheeses.

Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
